Office closure on 29 April for staff training

We will be closing early on Tuesday 29 April for staff training.  

After 12.30pm, payment requests via phoneline, email or secure messaging won’t be processed until the next working day, Wednesday 30 April. 

Please make sure that all payment requests made online in the member portal are completed before 12.30pm on Tuesday 29 April to ensure payments are processed before we close, otherwise they won’t be processed until the next working day, Wednesday 30 April. 

Our phonelines will remain open until 12.30pm for any general enquiries.
