If you are a member, the quickest way to contact us is through your Member Portal.
Just log in to send us a secure message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
You can reach out to us outside of our office hours and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Most things can be managed online, but if you do need to speak to someone, you can call us on 0117 924 7309.
We’re here Monday to Friday, 10am–2pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
Christmas and New Year closure
We’ll be closed on:
- Christmas Day: Thursday, 25th December
- Boxing Day: Friday, 26th December
- New Year's Day: Thursday, 1st January
We are open as usual on all other weekdays.
