We’re excited to announce that Great Western Credit Union has once again been recognised at the Smart Money People Consumer Credit Awards, with nominations in three categories for 2026:

Last year, we were proud to reach the finals thanks to the support of our amazing members and partners. Being nominated again this year is a real testament to the dedication of our team, who work hard every day to provide fair, affordable and inclusive financial services across our communities, and to our members for continuing to support us and share their experiences.

What are the Consumer Credit Awards?

The Consumer Credit Awards are run by Smart Money People, the UK’s dedicated financial reviews website. The awards recognise organisations across the credit industry, including credit unions, lenders and savings providers who are making a positive difference in people’s financial lives.

Why your feedback matters

Your feedback plays a vital role in shaping what we do. It helps us understand what we’re doing well, where we can improve, and how we can continue to support you.
