Office closure on 17 January for staff training

We will be closing early on Friday 17 January for staff training.  

After 12.30pm, payment requests via phoneline, email or secure messaging won’t be processed until the next working day, Monday 20 January. 

Please make sure that all payment requests made online in the member portal are completed before 12.30pm on Friday 17 January to ensure payments are processed before we close, otherwise they won’t be processed until the next working day, Monday 20 January. 

Our phonelines will remain open until 12.30pm for any general enquiries.
