Office closure on 19 July for staff training

We will be closing early on Friday 19 July for staff training.  

After 12pm, payment requests via phoneline, email or secure messaging won’t be processed until the next working day, Monday 22 July.  

Please make sure that all payment requests made online in the member portal are completed before 12pm on Friday 19 July to ensure payments are processed before we close, otherwise they won’t be processed until the next working day, Monday 22 July. 

Our phonelines will remain open until 1pm for any general enquiries.
