Office closure on 15 May for staff training

We will be closed on Wednesday, 15 May from 1pm for staff training. 

After 1pm, payment requests (via phoneline, email or secure messaging) won’t be processed until the next working day, 25 January. 

Please make sure that all payment requests (including online in the member portal) are received by 1pm on Wednesday, 24 January to ensure payments are processed before we close.
