As ever, the member portal is still the best way to manage your account and get in touch, especially during this busy period, so if you haven’t yet registered, follow our step-by-step guide to get started.
Early May bank holiday (May 1st)
Please make sure that all payment requests (including online in the member portal) are received by 3pm on Friday 28 April to ensure payments are processed before the extended bank holiday weekend.
Requests made after this time won’t be processed until the next working day, Tuesday 2 May.
Monday 1 May: CLOSED
Tuesday 2 May: Normal working hours
Coronation of King Charles bank holiday (May 8th)
Please make sure that all payment requests (including online in the member portal) are received by 3pm on Friday 5 May to ensure payments are processed before the extended bank holiday weekend.
Requests made after this time won’t be processed until the next working day, Tuesday 9 May.
Monday 8 May: CLOSED
Tuesday 9 May: Normal working hours
Spring bank holiday (May 29th)
Please make sure that all payment requests (including online in the member portal) are received by 3pm on Friday 26 May to ensure payments are processed before the extended bank holiday weekend.
