How you can reach us over the Easter period

Here are our opening hours over Easter. During this busy period, the member portal is the best way to manage your account and get in touch. If you haven’t yet registered, follow our step-by-step guide to get started.

 

Easter opening hours 

Thursday (6th April)

All payment requests to be received by 3pm on Thursday 6th April to ensure payments are processed before the bank holiday weekend.  

Requests made after this time won’t be processed until the next working day, Tuesday 11th April. 

 

Good Friday (7th April) 

CLOSED

 

Saturday (8th April) and Sunday (9th April) 

Closed as normal on the weekend 

 

Easter Monday (10th April) 

CLOSED

 

Tuesday (11th April)

Normal working hours
