How you can reach us over the Easter period

Here are our Easter opening times for Bristol and Dorchester. As ever, the member portal is still the best way to manage your account and get in touch, especially during this busy period, so if you haven’t yet registered, follow our step-by-step guide to get started.

Thursday 14 April

All payment requests to be received by 3.30pm on Thursday 14 April to ensure payments are processed before the bank holiday weekend. Requests made after this time won’t be processed until the next working day, 19 April.

Bristol and Dorchester branch and phonelines

Good Friday (15 April): Branches and phonelines CLOSED

Easter Monday (18 April): Branches and phonelines CLOSED

Tuesday 19 April: Phonelines and appointment-based branch service open as usual.
