How can I withdraw money from the member portal?

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

To move money, log in to the member portal. If you haven’t registered for online access yet, you’ll need to complete the registration process first. Learn how to register for the member portal here.

Once logged in you will be able to move money between your GWCU accounts or pay money to an external bank account. 

Step 2: Click ‘Move Money’ in the member portal menu 

Select whether you want to transfer to another bank account or to another GWCU account. 

Follow the instructions to complete the process.

If you're on a mobile: tap ‘Menu’, then select ‘Move Money’.

Choose what you want to do:

Pay Someone: Send money to an external bank account.

Transfer: Shift funds between your GWCU accounts.

Step 3:  Follow the steps to complete the transaction.
