You may pause your Family Saver payments at any time. Just send us a secure message through the member portal and we will process your request.
Keep in mind, requests may take up to 48 hours to process.
Thursday 17 April: Please make sure that all payment requests are received by 3pm on Thursday 17 April. After 3pm, payments won’t be processed until the next working day, Tuesday 22 April.
