Here’s how to switch your Child Benefit payment over to us:

Via the HMRC app

1. Log in to your HMRC account via the HMRC app or Government Gateway.
2. Go to “Manage your Child Benefit”.
3. Update your account details to the ones shown below.

Via phone call
If you prefer, you can call the Child Benefit Office on 0300 200 3100, and arrange to have your Child Benefit paid into your Great Western Credit Union account using the following account details:
