I'm having problems registering for the member portal

If you're having trouble logging in to the member portal, here are a few reasons why and what steps you can take to get back into your account.

 

1. Verify Your Details 

To register, we use the details we already have on record for you, such as your mobile number, email address, and home address.

If you’ve recently updated any of these details but haven’t informed us, please call us at 0117 924 7309 before starting the registration process. We’ll update your information so you can proceed without issues. 

 

2. Haven’t Received Your Email Verification Code? 

If your verification code hasn’t arrived: 

Check your junk or spam folder. 

If it’s not there, call us at 0117 924 7309, so we can verify your details to make sure you receive your code. 

 

Important: Verification codes are only valid for one hour. If more than an hour has passed, you’ll need to request a new one 

 

3. Error Screen During Registration 

If you encounter an error screen at any stage of the registration process, do not create a new account. 

 

Instead, contact us and we’ll resolve the issue for you.
