If youâve recently updated any of these details but havenât informed us, please call us at 0117 924 7309 before starting the registration process. Weâll update your information so you can proceed without issues.Â

2. Havenât Received Your Email Verification Code?Â
If your verification code hasnât arrived:Â
Check your junk or spam folder.Â
If itâs not there, call us at 0117 924 7309, so we can verify your details to make sure you receive your code.Â

Important: Verification codes are only valid for one hour. If more than an hour has passed, youâll need to request a new oneÂ

3. Error Screen During RegistrationÂ
If you encounter an error screen at any stage of the registration process, do not create a new account.Â
