Keeping your details up to date is quick and easy in the Member Portal. Simply click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen. From there, you can view and update: Personal greeting Alternative phone number Home address Security questions and answers Password If you want to change your primary email address or mobile number, please call us on 0117 924 7309 so we can update these for you. You can also update your marketing preferences, so you can choose how and when you'd like to hear from us.
