Why have I received a direct debit notification if my loan hasn’t been approved?
When you apply for a loan, you might see a Direct Debit notification or get an email from GoCardless. This doesnât mean your loan has been approved, itâs just a check to make sure your bank details are valid.
We wonât collect any payments or set up a Direct Debit unless your loan is approved.
GoCardless is the secure service we use to collect repayments once your loan is up and running.
