This prize draw is open to all respondents who complete the Social Impact Report Survey and provide their name and email address, except for GWCU staff, volunteer Directors or their immediate families. 

Completed surveys must be received by 23.59 on 17 May 2026. 

Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified. No entrant may win more than one prize. 

PRIZES: The prizes are: 4 x £25 deposited into your Easy Saver. If additional requirements in the survey are met, there is an additional £100 prize available. 

We may substitute or change the prizes for a prize of an equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. 

CANCELLATION OR WITHDRAWAL OF PROMOTION: We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to withdraw or cancel this promotion without prior notice and without liability to any party if it becomes necessary to do so. 

WINNER SELECTION: The winners will be drawn at random within 14 days of the closing date of 17 May 2026. The judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. 

NOTIFICATION AND DELIVERY: If you win, you will be notified by email, within 14 days of the closing date 17 May 2026. If you cannot be contacted within 72 hours of the draw we reserve the right to select a new winner at random from all other qualifying entrants. 

AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Entry to this promotion shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions your agreement to be bound by them. These terms and conditions take effect immediately upon entry to the promotion.
