How do I change my bank details?
To change or add new bank details for withdrawals:

Log in to the member portal

Tap or click ‘Move money’

Select ‘Pay’

Add new bank details under ‘Pay someone new’ or choose an existing account
We’ll text you a security code to confirm any new payee.
To update bank details for a direct debit for loan repayments:
send us a secure message via the portal or email info@gwcu.org.uk with:

Account number
-
Sort code
-
Account name
-
Repayment amount and date
-
Loan account number (you can find this in the member portal)
