When will I receive a decision on my Flex@Work application?
If you pass our initial checks, you should receive a provisional loan offer within 15 minutes. If you’re happy with the credit limit offered, you will be able to accept and continue with the last few steps to finalise your application.
Once completed, you will receive confirmation that your Flex@Work account has been set up and your credit limit will be available for you to use by logging in to your account online. From there you can transfer funds to an external bank account.
The Flex@Work Loan can only be managed online via the member portal, and we are unable to take transfer or balance requests over the phone, or via email.
