Are you reducing your opening hours?
Once the Fair Usage Policy takes effect (1 August, 2025), our inbound telephone hours will be changing from 9am-4pm to 10am-2pm, Monday to Friday.
However, you can still reach us via Secure Messaging on the Member Portal or by emailing us at info@gwcu.org.uk between 9am-4pm. Additionally, our chatbot, Gwen, will be available 24/7 to assist you at any time.
If you are experiencing financial difficulties and need to speak with us, you can leave a voicemail or ask for a call back through Gwen, our digital assistant, and one of our friendly Member Engagement Advisors will get in touch as soon as they can.
