I’ve applied for a different loan but I have been granted a consolidation loan

If you have applied for a Personal Loan, Advantage Loan and Loans@Work and been offered a Consolidation Loan, it is because you let us know that your loan will be used for debt consolidation in your application.

Your loan has switched to the consolidation loan, as you may not have qualified for the criteria on the original loan you applied for and instead, qualified for the consolidation loan criteria.
