A local, ethical credit union

100% committed to our members

Great Western Credit Union exists to make members better off.

With affordable loans and competitive savings packages GWCU members can get the money they really need. Our members are often people who have lots of pressure on their finances, struggle to manage their money, or have been refused help from high street banks.

We’re proud to help our members to improve their financial situation.

GWCU is a mutual, financial co-operative. It is owned and operated by its members. Since 1999, we have helped thousands of members with loans and savings.

Any profits we make are invested back into the credit union and shared with members and the local community.
