How do I close my Family Saver account?

If you would like to close your account, send us a secure message and we can move your funds to your Easy Saver and close the Family Saver account.

This will not effect your Family Finance Plan (or Family Loan, if applicable) repayments. After your account has been closed, there will be no Family Saver deposits taken from your next Child Benefit. Keep in mind, requests may take up to 48 hours to process.
