Important information about BCU's new digital platform
After a busy period of planning, designing, developing and testing we are delighted to announce that we're now live with the new website. But hopefully you've realised that, as you've arrived at the site!
Our new digital platform will help us improve the ways we can provide services to our members and to support our plans for growth.
As well as a brand-new look and feel, we have introduced a range of new content, including a new community section. Here you can find out about the latest projects and initiatives we are supporting in the region, and how as members you can get involved in the work we do. You can also catch up with our latest news and blog posts.
New member portal - early next week
Our new Member Portal is not quite live yet as we still need a little more work to make sure it functions as we are expecting before we start to gradually roll out access over the coming weeks to allow us to further test and refine the service and gather valuable feedback.
In the meantime, you can still access the old member area (Legacy Member Portal), by logging in: https://legacy.bristolcreditunion.org/login.asp.
You will be able to view information about your accounts, make withdrawal requests and draw down from your Family Finance Plan.
Please note, you won't be able to apply for loans through the legacy portal. We will be directing members who want to apply to do so through the new member portal just as soon as we have it available - it really won't be long now.
A new way of working for Bristol Credit Union and our members
This is has been a huge undertaking for us and we'd like to thank you for your patience and support so far.
Inevitably, as with any big change, there will be a period of adjustment as we all get to grips with the new digital platform and the systems supporting our work in the background. So please bear with us as we continue to work through the final stages of the switchover.
We would greatly appreciate any feedback you can give on our website. If there is anything not quite right, or you have any questions or suggestions, then please let us know. This will help us to make further improvements as we grow the digital platform, for the benefit of all of us as members.
