Changes to opening hours at our branches to accommodate staff holiday
Here are our opening times for Bristol, Dorchester and Stroud during August. As ever, the member portal is still the best way to manage your account and get in touch, so if you haven’t yet registered, follow our step-by-step guide to get started.
Bristol
You can ring us on 0117 924 7309, from 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays.

Branch appointments
Due to staff holidays, the branch will close at 11.30am on the following dates:
- 05 August, Friday
- 12 August, Friday
- 15 August, Monday
- 16 August, Tuesday
- 18 August, Thursday
- 19 August, Friday
Changes to Friday opening times from 26 August
From Friday 26 August, the branch will close at 1pm every Friday.
If you would like to make an appointment to visit the branch, please email info@gwcu.org.uk. Please note, the branch is closed on Wednesdays.
Dorchester
Temporary branch closure
The Dorchester branch is currently closed due to long-term staff sickness which has made it difficult to provide the branch with the staffing levels needed to operate. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
