Disruption due to staff shortage on 29th and 30th July

Our Member Services team is short staffed due to illness on top of planned holidays. The phone lines are likely to be very busy and we may not be able to reply to email messages or secure messages as quickly as usual. Please bear with us.  

Engage transfers for today (28th) must be made by 12 noon as Engage are migrating the former Wyvern engage card holders to the Great Western CU Engage portal. Transfers will be processed as usual from tomorrow. 

Due to the pressures on Member Services over the next two days with uncertain return from illness as well as planned holidays we are closing the Bristol branch on Thursday (29th) afternoon and Friday (30th). The Bristol branch will be back open for appointments only on Monday (2nd August). Dorchester branch remains open for appointments.
