Office closure on 24 January for staff training

We will be closed on Wednesday, 24 January from 12.30pm for staff training. 

After 12.30pm, payment requests (via phoneline, email or secure messaging) won’t be processed until the next working day, 25 January. 

Please make sure that all payment requests (including online in the member portal) are received by 12.30pm on Wednesday, 24 January to ensure payments are processed before we close.
