Opening times for our Bristol and Dorchester branches
Here are our opening times for Bristol and Dorchester during the Jubilee Bank Holiday Weekend. As ever, the member portal is still the best way to manage your account and get in touch, especially during this busy period, so if you haven’t yet registered, follow our step-by-step guide to get started.
Wednesday 1 June
Please make sure that all payment requests (including online in the member portal) are received by 3.30pm on Wednesday 1 June to ensure payments are processed before the extended bank holiday weekend. Requests made after this time won’t be processed until the next working day, Monday 6 June.

Bristol and Dorchester Branch Opening from Monday 6 June
Due to staff shortages, we will be making some changes to the opening times at our Bristol and Dorchester branches.
From Monday 6 June, our Dorchester branch will be open Mondays and Tuesdays, 10am-12pm. From Monday, 13 June until Monday 27 June, the branch will be closed.
From Monday 6 June, our Bristol branch will be closed on Wednesdays.
