GWCU Annual General Meeting 2022/23

Tuesday 19th March, 6pm

In the AGM you will hear from the Directors and staff team, be able to ask questions and find out more about GWCU. We will update members on our growth plans, how the economic situation and cost-of-living crisis has affected our members.

 

Members will also be asked to vote for volunteer Directors of the board of GWCU.

 

For election

Paul Jones is standing for election to the Board for his first term. Paul was co-opted to the Board in 2023 and is recommended to members for election by the People Committee.

 

Peter Kellett is standing for re-election to the Board for his second term. Peter is currently Board Secretary and a member of the Risk Oversight Committee.

 

Stepping down

Sara Davies is stepping down from the Board after 6 years as a Director. Sara has served on our People Committee and made a significant contribution to help modernise our Social Impact report.

We would like to thank Sara for all her hard work and support for GWCU.

 

How to join the meeting 

To join the online AGM please fill out this form to register your interest. You will need an email address to be able to join the meeting.  

 

We will send meeting details the day before to those who have registered an interest in attending.  

 

If you wish to ask a question, you must email your questions by 15 March 2024 to be sure your question can be answered at the AGM.
