With the upcoming bank holiday, here is an update on GWCU’s operating hours this week.
As ever, the member portal is still the best way to manage your account and get in touch, especially during this busy period, so if you haven’t yet registered, follow our step-by-step guide to get started.
August Bank Holiday (Monday the 28th)
Please make sure that all payment requests (including online in the member portal) are received by 3pm on Friday 25 August to ensure payments are processed before the extended bank holiday weekend.
Requests made after this time won’t be processed until the next working day, Tuesday 29 August.
Monday 28 August: CLOSED
Tuesday 29 August: Normal working hours
