We're looking for a natural organiser and communicator to support the GWCU team
Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 scaled based on experience
Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week – Generally 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

The role
Making a practical difference across the whole of GWCU is the key to this role. Providing all the day-to-day administration, co-ordination and executive assistance that will keep things working as efficiently and smoothly as possible will be hugely rewarding for the right person. Whether it's premises related tasks, HR admin or co-ordinating Board meetings there's a real opportunity to build your profile and get stuck in with tangible outcomes that will help our social enterprise continue to develop in accordance with our values.
This is a varied and interesting job for a natural organiser and communicator and involves a wide range of activities, reflecting the key part that our successful candidate will play in our development.
You might have lots of office admin and co-ordination experience, perhaps in facilities or HR. You might just be a very naturally organised person without lots of experience in this particular type of role. Whatever route your career has taken so far though you'll be able to work at all levels on your own initiative to support the team - and your personal values will fit really well with ours.
Having delivered a new digital platform in November 2020 as well as having implemented a number of other digital initiatives during 2021 and 2022 we need to continue to embed new ways of working throughout GWCU, making sure that change and innovation becomes a part of our everyday work, and consolidating our organisational achievements.
