Office closure on 3 November for staff training

We will be closed on Friday, 3 November from 12.30pm for staff training. 

After 12.30pm, payment requests (via phoneline, email or secure messaging) won’t be processed until the next working day, 6 November. 

Please make sure that all payment requests (including online in the member portal) are received by 12.30pm on Friday, 3 November to ensure payments are processed before we close.
