GWCU Service Update 10 January

Disruption due to staff shortages from 10 January until 14 January 

Our Member Services team is short staffed due to illness on top of planned holidays. The phone lines are likely to be very busy and we may not be able to reply to email messages or secure messages as quickly as usual. Please bear with us.  

We'll also be closing the Bristol branch for appointments on Monday 10th and Tuesday 11th January afternoons and closing all day for appointments from Wednesday 12 January until Friday 14 January. The Bristol branch will be back open for appointments only on Monday 17 January. Dorchester branch remains open for appointments.
